This Privacy Policy explains how AtlantaCalendar (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use theatlantacalendar.com and related services (the “Service”).

Account information. Name, email address, password hash (if you use email signup), and profile details from Google if you sign in with Google.

Event & business content. Listings, flyers, venue details, and advertise/lead form submissions you provide.

Communications. Newsletter emails, broadcast preferences, support messages, and password-reset requests.

Payments. If you purchase a boost, sponsorship, or ad product, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited payment metadata (such as status, amount, and email); we do not store full card numbers.

Usage data. Approximate device/browser info, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs needed to run and secure the Service. We may use cookies or similar technologies for session, preferences, and basic analytics.

• Publish and promote event listings you submit
• Process payments and fulfill boosts, sponsorships, and ads
• Send transactional email (account, password reset, receipts) and optional newsletters or broadcasts you signed up for

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for operations, legal, and backup purposes. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us; some records may be retained where required (e.g. payment history).
